We know that you care about how your Personal Information is used and the purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what Personal Information is collected, how it is used and by whom. Changes

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by sending you an email, posting a notice on the home page of the Website, or posting a notice in your account when you first login after we have made changes. If you receive notification of a change in our Privacy Policy, you must review the new Privacy Policy carefully to make sure you understand our practices and procedures. Information Collected

Personal Information. We collect Personal Information that you provide to us, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and financial information (e.g. bank account to make payments to sellers). All credit card purchases are processed through SecurePayTech using industry standard SSL encryption. To verify this your browser should show a padlock icon in the bottom right corner, which you can click on to view our SSL certificate details.

Non-Personal Information. We also collect non-personal information from you through Google Analytics. This is information such as the web browser you are using, your screen resolution and how long you spend on the site. This is used to enhance the user experience and cannot be used to identify an individual user.

Information Use

Personal Information. Personal information is used to communicate with you, produce and ship products and provide customer support. Why you have provided us with your personal information determines how it is used. If you create a store then you personal information is used to communicate with you regarding orders and any other issues with your store.

Non-Personal Information. We use Non-Personal Information to determine how threadjungle is used which allows us to improve the site and user experience.

Disclosure to Others

Successors. In the event that threadjungle is sold or otherwise acquired then your information would be passed to the acquirer.

Sellers. When a purchase is made through threadjungle your details are visible to the store owner. It is intended that once threadjungle reaches v0.5 Beta store owners will only be able to view the name of a purchaser and all communication will be conducted through the site. Sellers are contractually obligated to only use your information for the purpose of completing sales or providing customer support.

Third Parties. threadjungle will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Legal Obligations. We may have to disclose your information to authorities if legally compelled to do so. This may include, but is not limited to, the Police, IRD and the Ministry of Economic Development.

Disclosure of Non-Personal Information. We will disclose Non-Personal Information, in aggregate form, to potential strategic partners, advertisers, investors, customers, and others. You may not opt-out of the sharing of this information. However, it cannot be easily used to identify you personally.

Uploaded Content. Any information you post or upload to threadjungle may be visible to others and threadjungle is not responsible for the actions of others. Take care when deciding to upload content to threadjungle.

Access to Personal Information

You can request a copy of and make changes to your Personal Information by sending an email to privacy@threadjungle.com. We will need to verify your identity before disclosing your Personal Information to you.
