Returns Policy

The purpose of this document is to outline the returns policy for threadjungle.com

 

[1] Interpretation
“Threadjungle” means Threadjungle Ltd
“threadjungle.com” means the website operated at threadjungle.com and/or threadjungle.co.nz or other Store websites operated by Threadjungle.
“Store” includes any part of threadjungle.com which allows a Store Owner to create, produce, market, purchase and sell products.
“Store Owner” includes any user who has signed up to open a Store on threadjungle.com

 

[2] Policy
[2.1] Garments are printed on demand by Threadjungle and therefore returns cannot be accepted in normal circumstances. It is therefore necessary that size, style and colour options are chosen carefully.
[2.2] Garments may be returned for a replacement if the garment or print is defective. All returns are processed by Threadjungle, please contact returns@threadjungle.com. Individual Store Owners are not responsible for dealing with returns.
[2.3] In the event that a customer wishes to make a return for a defective garment or print then the customer must return the garment to Threadjungle via post or courier to:

If the garment or print is deemed by Threadjungle to be defective then a replacement will be issued as well as a shipping refund. Shipping refunds are NZD$5 for New Zealand returns, NZD$8 for Australian returns and NZD$15 for any other location. If the garment is not found to be defective then the garment will only be returned if a new shipping payment is made.
